Of Course! You can definitely apply for the trail work. You can send one or two of your bulk project and can visualize the processed images. You can even download already processed images from our website. You can check the quality of the work and can satisfy yourself. We are offering the risk free services, you can analyze the quality of work done first and can pay us, later.
Does my FTP account secure?
For every customer, FTP account is created. These accounts have different user names and passwords for every client. So, they are 100% secure and safe.
What is the safety of images at S&M?
Every personnel of S&M have signed the non-disclosure agreement. They are committed to the company that they will not take image out from the company and cannot use it for any other purpose. So, these images are 100% secure. Moreover, we use the latest antivirus software to protect the data provided by you. Furthermore, our all equipment have firewall protection for ensuring the inbound and outbound security.
Do you use images for commercial purposes?
No! Your images will never be used for any third purpose. Once the work will be done, your images will be immediately deleted. They can only be used as par your requirements.
What will be the format of final images?
The format of the final images is usually delivered as par customer’s requirements. If you want the clipping path only, then we prefer to deliver the JPG format. But, if you want masking along with the clipping path, then we can send in PSD, PNG or TIFF, as par your desire. If you want any other of the format, you can put forward your demand.
What type of files do you accept?
There is no hard and fast rule for the file format. We accept almost every format. You can send your image file in JPG, PSD, TIFF or ESP. For ensuring the fastest work we prefer the JPG format. Still, we welcome other formats too.
In how much time period I can receive my quotation?
As soon as, you will upload your image and fill in the details, we will get back to you. You will most probably get the response within an hour.
What is your maximum size limit?
No! There are no limits for the numbers of file. You can upload as many files as you want. But, keep in mind that our online up-loader do not support file size more than 64MB (per file). If the size of your file exceeds 64 MB, then you should try FTP system for loading the files.
