Q. Why do you charge a lower price?
Ans. This is a question which we frequently encounter. The main reason as to why our prices are lower than others is because of the fact that our product photography studio takes pictures of small-to medium sized products which are clicked against a white background. With our upgraded equipment facility, our professionals also do the work of photo editing as well as color correction. Though our staff is small, we are able to deliver maximum photographs while keeping our prices low.
Q. Do you provide any guarantee?
Ans. We assure that in case the clients are unsatisfied with our work, then we will re-shoot the photographs once again and that too without charging a single penny.
Q. How do you deliver my product photos?
Ans. Utmost care is taken while delivering your photos. We make sure that your photos are posted on a secure website to be approved. Until the photographs get the approval sign the photos will be marked with a text watermark which will be removed once it gets the approval. Once it is done you can safely download the pictures which we store online for a span of two months. Later we will add them to our archives. You can also get your images on a CD with an additional charge of $4 if you wish.
Q. Can I get a background other than white?
Ans. Absolutely! You can get your pictures clicked in any background you like. Though white is our model color and we believe that it can create striking images, but as per the client’s specifications we can alter the background color.
Q. Can I suggest a specific size for my photos?
Ans. Everything that we do is as per our client’s specifications. Depending on the size and shape of your website, we make sure that the photos that are taken fits your requirements. You can just send us the URL and we can try to click the image based on your web page.
Q. Will you return my products after they have been photographed?
Ans. We have no interest in keeping your product after the photography session is over. Your products will be sent to you by Fed Ex, UPS or any other service provider.
Q. What are the modes of payment?
Ans. We accept payment through Pay Pal or any other company check which has to be in favor of Dawar Multiple Media. However, you do not need to create another Pay Pal account to send the money as all major credit cards are accepted by Pay Pal.
Q. What's your turn-around time?
Ans. We usually work three to five business days from the time we get your products. However, if you need your work to be done fast then you can Contact us and we will complete the work as early as possible.
Q. May I decide how the product(s) should be arranged?
Ans. It is your product and you have all the liberty to decide how the products should be arranged. We can have phone discussions with the clients where we can discuss about the expectations and goals.
Q. What is your privacy policy?
Ans. We follow a very simple policy. Whatever images will be shot/upgraded is not meant for selling or to be shared with anyone , even your personal information.
